We are extremely confident that you will love our product! However, if you do not find our product suitable for you we do offer a 7-day returns policy.
The returned product must be in an unused condition and returned along with the packaging bag.
If your return item arrives without the packaging box or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
If you need to return your product, please email our team at hello@jaesoul.my with your order name and phone number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.
We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement after the return has been processed.
Please remember it take 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
